C20 is a semi-open smart cat litter machine that allows cats to have a more free and comfortable toileting experience. The structure continues to use the innovative integrated structural design of C10, completely eliminating the risk of catching cats. At the same time, the low and large entrance makes it easier to use the toilet. All kinds of old, weak, sick, disabled, obese and short-legged cats can easily enter. In addition, the addition of the deodorizing function also completely solves cat owners’ worries about the smell of the litter box.

The 174mm low and large entrance design is very friendly to old cats, fat cats, short cats, and cats with limited mobility. They can easily walk in without any pedals.

The specially designed sand leakage hole can effectively separate all kinds of cat litter and clumps. The recommended cat litter length is ≤15mm.

Double deodorization:   

1. Physical odor isolation: through clever structural design, the warehouse door baffle automatically opens and closes to prevent odor from overflowing;   

2. Decomposition and deodorization: The use of aromatic deodorization blocks can effectively decompose the ammonia in the odor, thereby completely deodorizing.    

No, you can choose a soft garbage bag of suitable size at home, the size is not less than 450mm (width) * 320mm (height/depth)

The operating decibel of this product is about 38dB, and you will only hear the slight sound of cat litter rolling and friction during operation.

Cats usually have a small amount of cat litter stuck to their feet after going to the toilet. It is recommended to equip a cat litter mat and place it at the entrance of the cat litter machine (do not press the machine on the cat litter mat).

One account can be bound to multiple devices.

The product does't need installation service.

• Open the package, take out the product, correctly install the roller on the base, cover the side cover, plug it in and use it, no other installation is required.
• Notice: The rotating shaft of the roller should be put into the slot of the base bracket. Make sure that the roller will no longer rotate after being put in.    

This product comes with three after-sales guarantees and a one-year warranty for the entire machine. Please refer to the details on the warranty card for details.

Cats switching from a manual litter box to a smart cat litter machine may be a little confused and afraid to use the rotating toilet. You can turn off the automatic cleaning function on the APP first to simulate the use of a manual litter box. When cleaning, clean the toilet on the device. Press the [Clean] button at the end. Wait for the cat to adapt to it for a period of time before turning on the automatic cleaning function.

Click on the APP to bind the device, press and hold the network distribution button for 3 seconds when the machine is in standby (stationary and the status light is always blue), the status indicator light will continue to flash blue, and the device enters the network distribution state. Follow the steps prompted by the mobile phone.

After powering on, the machine will reset first, and the status indicator light will flash green. The reset will be completed in about 90 seconds, and the status indicator light will stay blue. At this time, the network distribution operation can be performed.

1. Make sure the Wi-Fi is in the 2.4G band and the password is correct;
2. Make sure the mobile phone and router network are normal;
3. Make sure the device, mobile phone, and router are close to each other; 
4. Make sure the device is in network distribution status;
5.  Make sure the device is a smart cat litter machine sold locally;
6. Make sure the equipment is not being cleaned, smoothed, sand changed or firmware upgraded.    

Pour the cat litter from the entrance. After pouring, the machine is under gravity and the status indicator light turns green. Click the [Smoothing] button. After the smoothing function is executed, the machine enters the normal standby state.

• Manual method: 1. Press the [Clean] button on the base of the cat litter machine; 2. Click the [Clean] button on the APP;   
• Automatic method: 1. Set automatic cleaning on the APP (how long after the cat goes to the toilet and leaves); 2. Set scheduled cleaning on the APP (automatically execute the cleaning function at the set time)    

For single-cat households, it is recommended that you clean the litter box no more than once every three days. It is recommended to clean it once a day when the weather is hot. (Adjust according to the cat’s toileting habits)

Please follow the steps below to replace your garbage bag:   

1. Open the toilet lid;  
2. After taking out the garbage bag, take out the toilet box;   
3. Replace with new garbage bags;    
4. Return the toilet box to its original position and close the toilet lid.

Please follow the steps below to replace cat litter: 

1. Before changing the sand, please empty all the poop in the toilet box and replace it with a new garbage bag;   
2. Install the sand cleaning board;  
3. Click the [Clean] button;  
4. Wait for the operation to complete, empty the cat litter in the toilet box and replace it with a new garbage bag;   
5. Add new cat litter from the entrance; 
6. Click the [Smooth] button.   

Note: Do not add more cat litter than the edge of the anti-stick mat.    

For single-cat households, it is recommended that you change the cat litter every 1-2 weeks.

Please follow these steps to clean:   

1. Remove the side cover, take out the roller, and take out the toilet box;   
2. The drum, toilet box, and side cover can be washed directly. Be sure to dry them thoroughly after washing.   

Notice: The exterior parts of the base can be wiped with wet wipes and cannot be washed directly.    

Child lock can prevent children or pets from misoperation. Long press the [Smoothing] button, and the green light flashes twice to indicate that the child lock function is on or off. This function can also be turned on and off on the APP.

When the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on, the device will not perform automatic cleaning or scheduled cleaning, but it can perform manual cleaning and toilet messages will be pushed normally.

Press and hold the [Clean] + [Smooth] buttons at the same time for 5 seconds, the two button indicators will flash 5 times, and the machine will be restored to factory settings.

1. Please first check whether the area code, mobile phone number or email address are correct;  
2. Please check whether there is any delay in the network.    

Cats need to go to the toilet for more than 25 seconds before the toilet notification will be pushed to avoid frequent notifications caused by cats going in and playing.

In order to prevent poop from sticking to the bottom, the anti-stick pad is equipped with a weight block at the bottom, which will shake downward when turned.

Cat litter may be cleaned into the litter box under the following circumstances:

1. The amount of cat litter exceeds the height of the edge of the anti-stick pad;   
2. Cat litter length>15mm; 
3. During cleaning, the sand cleaning plate was not removed.    

When a cat has soft stools, it may be due to an abnormality in the cat’s physical condition, so:

1. First, please confirm the health status of the cat, and clean the cat litter machine in time to ensure that the cabin is clean to prevent the spread of viruses;   
2. Adjust the automatic cleaning time. It is recommended to select more than 15 minutes to allow the cat litter to fully clump before cleaning.    

The weight deviation is ±200g. If the weight of the cat that has been entered and matched is within this error range, the toilet message will be matched to the cat.

Please check whether the cat has gone to the toilet, the machine is under gravity, or the side cover is open. If so, wait until the cat leaves, the gravity disappears, or the side cover is reset, and continue the cleaning task after 5 seconds.

Please check whether you pressed the [Clean] button on the device or click the [Clean] button on the APP. If so, press the [Clean] button on the device again or click the [Clean] button on the APP, and the cleaning task will continue.

How to upload logs: 

1. In "Device>More>Device Serial Number", quickly click 5 times 
2. [Developer Mode] will be turned on
3. To upload logs on the APP side, click [App log upload] 
4. To upload machine-side logs, click [Device-side log upload] 
5. You can turn off [Developer Mode] as needed    

It is recommended to trim your cat's nails regularly.

 Please disconnect the power supply first:   

1. Check whether there is any foreign matter in the appearance gap. If there is any foreign matter, please clean it; 
2. Check whether the lid of the toilet collection bin is closed. If it is open, please check the situation inside the toilet bin. If there is no abnormality, please close the door;
3. Remove the back cover and roller, and check whether the base gear is stuck by foreign objects.   If there are foreign objects, please clean them first, and then turn on the power again after the foreign objects are removed.    

1. Please check whether the roller is on the base. If not, please put it back on the base;  
2. If the roller is already on the base, please check whether the roller is installed in place. If not, place the roller correctly according to the installation method; 
3. If the drum has been placed correctly, please check whether the three magnets on the gear side of the drum have fallen off. If so, please replace the magnets.    

1.  Please check whether the side cover is installed. If not, please insert the side cover into the base bracket; 
2. If the side cover has been installed, please check whether the side cover magnet has fallen off. If so, please replace the magnet.    

• Please disconnect the power supply and then connect it again to restart the device.   
• Note: If the load sensor is damaged, the device will no longer push messages about cats going to the toilet, and it will not be able to perform automatic cleaning. You can manually press the [Clean] button on the device to perform automatic cleaning.    

1. Check whether the ground is flat and whether the four foot pads of the base are on the same level.
2. Make sure to place it on a hard surface and do not press the foot pads on the cat litter mat. 
3. Do not place objects or apply gravity on the machine 
4. If the weighing is inaccurate, the power will be cut off and restarted, and the weighing will be recalibrated automatically.
