If a cat enters the ball bin when it rotates, the monitoring sensor will be triggered immediately, the ball room will stop rotating immediately, and the equipment will continue to operate after the cat leaves the ball room for a period of time. Therefore, there is no need to worry that the cat will enter the running ball room.

This product supports most agglomerated cat litter(tofu sand, mixed sand, etc.) Do not use non agglomerated or poorly agglomerated sand (crystal sand, wood-based sand, etc.)

Double deodorization: 

1. Physical odor isolation: through the structure design cleverly let the garbage bin open and close automatically to prevent the odor from overflowing;
2. Decomposition and deodorization: the deodorant box can effectively decompose the ammonia in the odor, so as to completely deodorize.    

The operating decibel of this product is about 40dB, and you will only hear the slight sound of cat litter rolling and friction during operation.

Cats usually have a small amount of cat litter stuck to their feet after going to the toilet. It is recommended to equip a cat litter mat and place it at the entrance of the cat litter machine (do not press the machine on the cat litter mat).

One account can be bound to multiple devices.

The product does't need installation service.

• Open the package, take out the product, correctly install the roller on the base, cover the side cover, plug it in and use it, no other installation is required. 
• Notice: The rotating shaft of the roller should be put into the slot of the base bracket. Make sure that the roller will no longer rotate after being put in.

Cats switching from a manual litter box to a smart cat litter machine may be a little confused and afraid to use the rotating toilet. You can turn off the automatic cleaning function on the APP first to simulate the use of a manual litter box. When cleaning, clean the toilet on the device. Press the button at the end. Wait for the cat to adapt to it for a period of time before turning on the automatic cleaning function.

Click on the APP terminal to bind the equipment, long press the button for 3s when the machine is in standby (stationary and the white light of the status light is always on), the white light of the status light continues to flash, the equipment enters into the distribution state, and operate according to the steps prompted by the cell phone.

After powering on the machine, it will reset first, and the status indicator will blink white, about 90s reset is completed, and the status indicator will light white, at this time, it can be operated for network distribution.

1. Make sure the Wi-Fi is in the 2.4G band and the password is correct; 
2. Make sure the mobile phone and router network are normal; 
3. Make sure the device, mobile phone, and router are close to each other; 
4. Make sure the device is in network distribution status; 
5. Make sure the equipment is not being cleaned, smoothed, sand changed or firmware upgraded.    

Take up the outer cover and pour the cat litter through the opening on top, once the pouring is complete, click the button and wait for the function to be executed and the machine to enter the normal standby state.

Manual method: 

1. Press the button on the base of the cat litter machine; 
2. Click the [Clean] button on the APP;

Automatic method: 

1. Set automatic cleaning on the APP (how long after the cat goes to the toilet and leaves); 
2. Set scheduled cleaning on the APP (automatically execute the cleaning function at the set time)    

For single-cat households, it is recommended that you clean the litter box no more than once every three days. It is recommended to clean it once a day when the weather is hot. (Adjust according to the cat’s toileting habits)

Replace the garbage bag as follows: 

1. pull out the bottom cat waste container;
2. remove the litter bag and pack it with the drawstring; 
3. Replace the bag with a new one;
4. Just put it back in its original position.    

Please follow the steps below to change the litter:

1. Empty all the poop in the litter box and replace the litter bag with a new one before changing the litter;
2. Click the button twice quickly; 
3. Wait for the operation to complete, empty the litter box and replace the litter bag with a new one;  
4. Add new litter from the inlet;  
5. Click the button.    

Note: Do not add more litter than the height of the edge of the anti-sticky pad.     

For single-cat households, it is recommended that you change the cat litter every 1-2 weeks.

• Double click the host button (or click the "sand dumping" button on the app) to start the sand dumping function.(too much residual sand may trigger the prompt that the toilet bin is full.Shaking the toilet bin can reduce the risk of cat litter scattering)   
• Take down the cat feces container, take down the cover, release the switch, and take down the ball.   
• After the cleaning is completed and the machine is dried,install the ball room, cover and cat feces container in turn.    

Please check if the cat is toileting and the machine is subjected to gravity, if so, wait until the cat leaves and the gravity disappears, and then continue the cleaning task after 5s.

Device code acquisition method:   

• Open tuya APP>click on “Home”>click on the gear at the top right corner>click on “Device Information”>get “Virtual ID”
